Thanks Melen, I have a Flex 100 to set up next week and I will test :-)
-
I would like to suggest displaying the LED status in the web interface or Nebula NCC. It would save having to ask someone to physically check on a remote site.
-
So I had to plug into another DHCP device to WAN1 that was different to the IP scope on WAN2. Then after removing I could add and save PPPOE details.
-
Whats the PIN out plan for the devices? Is it all the same?
-
This is a valid point, now the NSG50 is EOL the only entry level Nebula gateway is the Flex100. ZyXel need to release a Nebula USG-Flex50 to fill the gap.
-
How about a ICS outlook file for Nebula License reminders?
-
Allow ZTP fuction to specify desired port for WAN setup. For example I deploy to our workshop LAN on DHCP so WAN2 (P1 On Flex100) so we can run updates and soak test. Then when ready I can configure WAN1 for the deployment site.

Please make it Possible to change WAN interface names On USG-Flex firewalls. Drives me crazy lol

You can add the switch to your Nebula but it will consume some of your Pro points and it will reduce the co-termination time.
-
It will continue to work just fine but you will be limited to the Free functionality of the Nebula Platform. If you use any of the Professional features then reach out to a Zyxel reseller at the time and get pricing for the points you need.

Thanks Jonas, happy to hear we can continue to use these appliances to the full by licensing just on a yearly basis. After 3 years most NSG will be replaced by the new Nebula flex units.
-
So if I am reading this right we will lose the IDP functionality once our current licenses expire and this feature cannot ever be used?
-
I don't think it will stop working internet access wise but you will not be able to buy any more licenses for the security features once your first year is up, at least I think that is the situation?
-
So what about NSG appliances that have just been deployed or that will be in the coming months? Will they not be able to be licensed and used in 12 months?
-
Yes, if you could browse to Security Gateway and then DHCP leases and have a reserve option that would be cool :-)
