I guess your device is not connected to internet and cannot realized that has been unregistered. If you already push the reset button (you might have to keep pushed for some seconds), most likely the device is using the default IP 192.168.1.2 if DHCP is not available in the network, try that one.

Simply unregister it from the Nebula organization and it will become factory default, booting up as standalone.

Very useful stuff! Hope to see more of this kind of content

Got it, thanks for sharing 🙂

The APs cannot force an station to only connect to a radio, if the AP is broadcasting in both radios, the connection decision is up to the wireless device. Band select tries to delay the attempts of a device connecting to 2.4Ghz, so this device could better go to 5Ghz. As I said, besides RSSI, band select can ALSO help,…

Sorry I still don't get it. When you manage your devices through Nebula, the switches and APs don't need to be accessible from internet, unless you have specific requirements in your network. BTW, if you still need to make a device accessible from internet, the NSG - Virtual server settings have an 'Allowed remote IP'…

@RTH10 looks like besides Smart steering parameters, you could also make use of band select to solve your issue, check this https://businessforum.zyxel.com/discussion/778/how-to-steer-encourage-the-utilization-of-5g-band

Just wondering why do you have your switch IP accessible from internet?

Sadly, wireless bridge is not yet there. You could help to support the motion https://businessforum.zyxel.com/discussion/comment/7112#Comment_7112

They should definitely auto negotiate, and when switch port is forced to Full-1000, then AP should also be configured that way. On the other hand, if you configured the switch port as Full-100, the AP will use the default duplex for 10/100Mbps which is Half duplex, that's is normal as @TomorrowOcean said. So either it is…

Hi Bram, I guess you need to set up the L2TP VPN, you could check this: https://businessforum.zyxel.com/discussion/307/how-to-setup-l2tp-vpn-client-connection-with-authentication-server You could use the cloud authentication for authentication instead of the Radius as explained in the link.

Once added to NCC, it will set a new password that can be seen/changed on NCC. Go to Site-wide > Configure > General setting and look for local credentials there.
-
So your AP is becoming online/offline on NCC? That log is related to the the client disconnection, that's why it includes a 'Station' field and it's not related to AP connectivity with NCC.

Looks like your AP hasn't really gotten an IP address. Maybe you see the entry on the Livebox because it's configured as static IP but in fact the device hasn't really connect. You could run the ZON software (I think it's available on Zyxel website) on your laptop that connects in the same network as the AP, the ZON will…

That's right! You need to have all the access points added and configured into the same Nebula site and that will do fine.
