Hi there it seems the firmware on your AX7501 is a customized version, which is managed by the ISP. It can't be upgrade the customized firmware to the other FW version. You might need to check with your ISP. FYI

Hi there The system might not allow to use some special characters for avoiding attacks, it might be the reason you can't use "^". On the other hand, this model is an old model and I believe it has EOL many years ago, there would no firmware enhancement anymore. FYI

Hi there I guess the router was provided by your ISP or it uses the ISP's customized Firmware version, doesn't it? If so, the Firmware was controlled by the ISP. I guess (again) the firmware was upgraded by the ISP and the feature might modified in the new firmware?
