I had the same on my connection from the beginning. It was due to a bad ethernet cable between the modem and the adapter.

Band N1 is not standalone (SA). I have only NSA in my area but N28 shows up in 5G lock. You need to connect to N78 for SA. Use Netmonster app in your phone and force it to only NR and see if you can connect to a SA network and what frequency it is.

This is a screenshot from my Samsung mobile. I use a NR7101 but i think it is the same in your device. Network settings / wireless / others …… Turn off "Auto Switch Off" and finally hit Apply.....

I use NR7101 non Nebula version but i have Nebula firmware installed. I just untick Nebula, see pic. I don´t know if it looks like this in NR5101 interface….
