Check if your NAS's gateway and DNS IP been set correctly. Or instead of upnp, you may use port forwarding on your router for port 80

You may use wake on LAN if you had configured it. Or try to remove front panel and use a narrow object to press the inner power button.

Seems like system font issue to me, maybe try to adjust your windows font size. Have you tried to re-install the utility?

Did you save your config before the upgrading? The config will not be taken after fw upgrade unless you saved it in advance.

Not sure about download service but transmission (:9091) can do the job. Remember to set port forwarding on your router device.

It's working fine in your WIFI home network fine, which means this is not NAS issue. You should consult with your mobile network ISP.

What IP did you set for the NAS? static one or DHCP? Maybe the IP changed after fw upgrade.

You can just type in http://nsa310 to access the web-gui.

It seems not to allow put a TAB character in volume name. How did you make it? by command line? please correct me if I have any misunderstanding.

Have you checked the status In Control Panel > UPnP Port Mapping > UPnP Router? Also, check gateway and DNS IP address to make sure NAS can reach the internet.

As far as I know, Zyxel NAS doesn't support public key for SSH.

Are you certain that they all came from the NAS? Have you tried factory-reset the device?

You have to set interface for each ethernet port, they'll become a LAG if you assign the same configuration to them.

Can you check CPU/RAM utilization in system information when copying? Maybe it's too busy at the time.
