  • Hi @Ricardo_ITS, After checking the tech support, I found the switch disconnected due to the connection expired. Could you help to take a test for clarification? Please connect a PC to the switch in the problem subnet. Open any browser and visit "http://portquiz.net:4335" and "http://portquiz.net:6667".
  • Hi @Ricardo_ITS, Thanks for the tech support. I have deleted it from the public to protect privacy. I will back to you soon.
  • Hi @Ricardo_ITS, Could you help to access the switch web GUI to collect the tech support for me to check? The path is Maintenace > Tech-support > all. And please provide it to me via private message.
  • Hi @n_j, Thanks for you bringing this to our attention. We have narrowed down this problem and we are fixing it now. I will update you once it is fixed.
  • Hi @meshur, I did a local test that connected the Ubuntu server (RTL8125) and laptop (Intel I219-V) directly to MG-105. The laptop can ping the server after a power cycle on the Ubuntu server. So, I would like to clarify with you: Did you try to ping the desktop from the Ubuntu server after you found the desktop cannot…
  • Hi @boywiz, Generally, the loop guard is not activated on the uplink port or the ports that connect to other network devices. Instead, it is enabled mainly on the edge port.
  • Hi @Cristol, Apologize for the delayed reply. The result of my previous test was on the same subnet but is similar if I test across the Internet. However, an increase in loading time on Chrome/Edge has been observed when GS1900 is accessed initially with Firefox. Once Firefox is closed and Chrome/Edge is reopened, the…

  • Hi @YanSauliak, Thanks for sharing the screenshot. May I know if you hope the Nebula displays different icons, depending on the connection type, on the client page? In addition, this icon is used to state whether the client is online or offline.
  • Hi @TAPTech, Thanks for bringing this to us. We will evaluate it and monitor the comments and votes. If any user likes this idea, please don't hesitate to leave a comment and give it a vote.
  • Hi @boywiz, Thanks for the tech support. I discovered that switch ports 7 and 8 were linked down due to the loop guard. Upon checking your configuration, I noticed that ports 7 and 8 were set as LAG and had loop guard enabled. Kindly advise you to check if there's a loop that occurred on the LAG connecting device.
  • Hi @Spawn, I checked these two devices are still registered in your organization. Please reference this FAQ to remove your device:
  • Hi @boywiz, Thanks for the information. May I know the frequency of this problem? Also, could you help to access the switch web GUI to collect the tech support for me to check? The path is Maintenace > Tech-support > all to download. And please provide it to me via private message. If the web GUI is inaccessible, please…
  • Hi @Chromy, This is more likely because your AP (210AX EG) just connects back to the Nebula after it disconnected. I checked the event log and found its uplink disconnected frequently, which caused the AP cannot reach the default gateway. Please help to check the cable first.
  • Hi @HPITS, May I know which AP you are using and the firmware version? Thank you beforehand.
