The USG200 support ended and you can't use USG210's firmware, is a total different platform. I highly suggest to replace it for a new USGFLEX, it's safer and faster than your old appliance. BR

@Mario is right about auto F/W upgrade. We had some bad expriences with it too. We prefer to manually update them

Hi @phphil Check the SA Lifetime parameter at VPN Connection and VPN Gateway profiles. Maybe the value is 28800 sec which is 8h BR
