  • If you have some extra hard drives you can try to backup your data. Then try to repair from NAS GUI for degraded RAID. But make sure you backed up your data. By the way do you have any screenshots for that issue?
  • I suggest you the following steps; Turn off your NAS, plug out the hard drives and backup them to other device.Make sure you completely backed up your data. Reset your NAS until you hear 3 beeps. If this problem still exist and that device has warranty you can ask for RMA. If everything is fine then plug them in again. Try…
  • You are not able to directly access to owncloud's path from NAS gui. However, you can ssh to your nas and see the files. owncloud and nas's gui use different file paths. Owncloud files resides at /i-data/##/.PKG/ You can still see the files, just find /i-data/###/.PKG path for it. Nas gui holds files under /i-data-/###/…
  • As I know NAS doesn't have any package in APP center for directly recording. Maybe you can try another software such as Milestone for windows.
  • You can map your NAS to a network drive. Go to This PC > at the upper left click on Map network drive > Choose Drive and type "\\IP_Address_of_NAS\admin" into textbox without quotation marks. Click on both checkboxes. Then click on Finish. This will map a virtual drive to your NAS device.
  • I use "Transmission Remote" app for that. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.yupol.transmissionremote.app&hl=en&gl=US It's better and useful on Android mobile.
  • It seems this is a legacy model. You can find related settings under Syslog section in ftp://ftp2.zyxel.com/N4100/user_guide/N4100_1_ed1.pdf I recommend you to upgrade your device to something new.
  • Did you try to reset the device? And you said that you upgraded the firmware, what was your firmware version again ?
  • Can you see this icon at the bottom? https://i.imgur.com/n2KVrSu.png Do you have any screenshot for this problem ?
  • Hi, Looks like your Brother DCP 1512E printer is not in compatible with Zyxel NAS326. Here I found "Printer Compatibility List" for NAS326; https://www.zyxel.com/products_services/2-Bay-Personal-Cloud-Storage-NAS326/compatibility
  • What do you mean by "reboot" ? Do you mean reset by pinning rear reset button ? Or do you mean plugging out the power cable ?
  • Can you ping your NAS ? If you can ping it, I recommend you check it's SMB service and it's port 139 are opened. If you can't ping make sure it can get IP address.
  • Since you are able to access your NAS device via a web browser but can't access via File Explorer, that means your NAS device is is running HTTP service but can't run netbios service. You can download "nmap" utility to opened ports, and check if ports are open. When you download utility , you may type "nmap -v -sS [IP…
