Update Both switches now reporting correctly as online in the Firmware Management screen as below. They'd remained offline since yesterday and showed as such just 20 minutes ago; no idea what changed. There have been no power cuts, cheeky reboots, etc. Guess will have to chalk this down to "one of those 24 hour things" :#

Chris, I've responded via the Nebula interface using the Ask Question pop-up in the bottom right corner. However, I've just discovered the separate Support request page which allows me to invite Zyxel support as administrator so I'm about to fill that out too. Not sure if you are able to close the duplicate Ask Question…
