What do you mean PRIORITY? User can choose the priority of 4G or 5G to do the PCI lock? What would happen if you dont set PCI lock and choose access technology : AUTO I saw the user manual, it seems like they dont have priority on PCI lock. What is your FW version? And can you show me how you set the IP passthrough and show me the error message?

I use the FW V1.00(ACDJ.0)C0 And it did not have the schedule reboot function. If you purchase the machine from the ISP, then maybe you can ask them for this feature. For me, I use the Zyxel Air APP to reboot the device. I only need to open the APP and click reboot before I go to sleep which takes me less than 30 second.

Hi Peter, What kind of error did you get? And what kind changes did you do? If you want to do the IPPT, you can follow the steps below. According to the User manual, NR7101 did not support SMS Messages function. I think it is hard for us to get the Root password or even AT command to check the SMS message. Some ISP provide the service to resend the SMS to designate phone number. Maybe you can check this service.

What is your FW id? Did you ask your ISP to upgrade the FW?

If you installed the non-official FW or SW to make the device crash. I think it is not able to recover from it. Have you tryed reset to default? Otherwise you need to ask for RMA and pay for the maintenance fee
