I have the following configuration and it works very very good. I think you need to manage your switch, my is a unmanaged switch which work out of box. My switch power up (48V) both the NR7101 and my outdoor wifi antenna. I don't need any separate poweradapters.

Some have problems being able to take out the sim card because it is high up in the air on a pole. Would it work just as well to change the simslot to the one not in use before the update?
