@bobdavis Don´t install R13 in your NR7102, wait for an update with the right firmware …….

You can do a factory reset in GUI. Maintenance, Backup/restore, scroll down to "Back to Factory Default Settings" and hit yellow Reset button...... Note! You need password printed on the label on your unit after a factory reset to log in again!

Try manually connect with 192.168.1.1 and leave port empty (Zyxel AIR app).

Cant find any menu that shows phonenumber……. If you call your operator and give them your IMSI-number (15 digits) under CELLULAR INFO maybe they can tell you the number….

Sounds crazy, in Sweden we log in nearly everywhere with a mobile bankid. We don't need to know what we want to know before we log in.🤣 I know the phonenumber @ sim i put in my NR7101, i will try to find it in webgui when i arrive home in a couple of hours.

I can see my phone numbers if I log in to my provider's website.

I get very slow speed with the internal speedtest compared too wifi speedtest and in the computer. With internal (air app) 80 down and 500 down with speedtest.
