@rents1977 Please make sure that the Multy U is connected with a Modem/Router on its WAN port before the installation. Did the LED show blue during the installation? What the firmware version of Multy App?

Maybe you can try to reset your Fritzbox. In my experience, if you cannot fix the problem by resetting Multys, there is a chance to fix it by resetting the Modem.
