When Automatik daily firmware update is activated, will it get the new Firmware or is the console sulution still needed.

Correction: VPN is not working.

Secureporter says: Device Disconnected Device "ATP200" is not connected. Please make sure device connection is stable so the log it uploads keeps SecuReporter running.

We have a similar issue since today. Our Atp200 didn´t work in the morning. I turned it off and after a reboot everything is working (Internet, VPN). But I can´t login to the atp "504 Gateway timeout". Whe hafe 2fa activated.

@Zyxel_Vic Thanks. We´re a small company with only one ATP. That means I need nebula in the future to use Google Authentication for VPN access in the future, or is there a plan to develop it for the standalone, too? Then i need a licence for the msp pack, right?

@Zyxel_Emily I´m confued, too. What means this "on cloud". For exaple Atp Series on cloud or USG Flex series "on cloud"? Thank you.

Yes, we work with thin clients via rdp on a Windows Server. Behind the Server is the zyxel. Therefore I can´t exacly see what happens, when a Virus was blocked. I want to see which user it was and if it came via email oder Browser.

Update: The Problem exists evn with the older Firmware. Now we´re using V4.55(ABFW.0)ITS-WK38-r96153. This firmware is a little bit more stable, but we still have Problems with our VPN. we use two different connections:1) L2TPHere we use the internal VPN-client from Windows 10 to connect via rdp to our Server. 2) IKEHere…
