  • Hi Akbary, By default it always has option paging like "Press any key to continue, 'n' to nopause,'e' to exit". But you can press "n" then it will continue show all of rest contents. I hope this information can be useful to you.

  • Hi Marke, Does the reboot still happen on 13C0 frequently? As you mentioned, another VES1724-56 didn't encounter this issue. Maybe you could check if the scenario/ service have any different or any special packet cause device reboot. Cheers,

  • Hi Marke, Does the device provided by ISP? Seems it happen frequently, maybe you could try the latest version (13C0) first. and contact with your ISP if it still has random reboot with 13C0. Cheers.

  • Hi Marke, I will suggest you connect console cable and capture log until it happen auto reboot again. Then maybe you could double confirm if it is related to HW issue from log. BTW, 13C0 is the latest FW I have. Share with you by below link in case you want.…

  • Hi Did you try to register SIP account behind audiocode router if it is stable or not? or configure VMG8324-B10A as bridge interface and use PC as softphone to register the same SIP account.Try if the softphone is registered and stable to be use.

  • Hi Marke, In my experience, I will see the log dhcpSvrRx address is not in LAN, ip X.X.X.X in syslog when I enabled DHCP snooping and DHCP client try to release/renew session. So from the log it looks normal. Cheers,

  • Hi Sir, As I know this model was phased out since 2016/06/21, I think this is the reason why you could not found it on website.
  • Hi Marke, The log looks for me just sync up the system time with NTP server, and looks received dhcp IP. What is your inband management IP? BTW, I ever tried to adjust timezone and it didn't cause VES reboot. Cheers,

  • Hi Marke, You can go to Management --> Diagnostic page, click Display button to check system log on VES1724-56. The log might over one page, you can click Display button more times to switch log page. I hope you will find this information useful.
