I have a similar question: I want to activate the Nebula Pro License for my APs / upgrade from Plus Pack. I assigned for each AP a Pro license. But there is no „upgrade“ button available. Plus Pack expires in 20 days. Do I need to wait until then, before I can upgrade? I want to upgrade asap. How can I achieve this? please…

My question is not LTE related, but DSL: my provider switched from DSL 17a to 35b. is there any way to update the firmware, so that the SBG can establish internet connection? BR Clemens

Hello. can you please send me the latest LTE firmware, please? Currently I have ALT3100_05_00_02_00_81_MS and V1.00(AAKO.9). When I updated the router firmware to V1.00(AAKO.9), LTE signal strength is reported to bee very poor. (one bar instead of 4-5 bars). Thank you in advance.

I have updated the firmware to V1.00(AAKO.9). Since then LTE signal strengh is only one bar. Before fw update of the router I had 4 to 5 bars. I did not update LTE fw. It is ALT3100_05_00_02_00_81_MS. Do I need a LTE fw update? If so, please post me a new LTE fw version. 02
