hello, i also need current firmware vor VMG8029-D70A at the moment firmeware ist on 5.38.2.2.6 and the firmware 10.39.10.2 from that link is not accepted ( lease enter a valid firmware file. )

same here i cannot get ping working , both in passthrough or normal mode remote passthrough-management is working https://ip:20443 and ssh on port 20022 so public IP is ok

you are currently on R11A03 so you have to update in this order RG502QEAAAR11A03M4G-RG502QEAAAR11A06M4G.zip A03 to A06 & RG502QEAAAR11A06M4G-RG502QEAAAR11A07M4G.zip A06 to A07 any other version will fail R13 is not newer in general , R11 is developed parallel
