Hi Simon, Thank you for your interest in our products. All of them are LTE indoor models; LTE3301-M209 is newest one. For LTE3301-A207/Q222, they are older and will be phased out. So please choose LTE3301-M209 if you need.

Hi Peppino, Even you have cable, you still need login password to access to device. So the only way to reset device is by HW button. Please help to try it.
