Looks like clouds are not able to register Armor devices. However you can download Zyxel Armor app for your smartphone if you want to manage it or something. Just search for "Zyxel Armor"

It's not related to static routes. It's about your VPN type. You need devices that supports site to site VPN such as USG.

Armor G5 doesn't have importing SSL certificate feature. Maybe in your environment there's a proxy server or proxy software prevents you.

Maybe your phone's bluetooth doesn't work or multy application isn't the latest version? You can try resetting the Multy X after plugging the power cable and syncing again or try to create with another phone.

I suggest you to backup your data first. Then you can either buy new NAS, or if your NAS still have warranty do RMA. Or you can consider replacement of motherboard.

You have to create new volume for inserted hard drive. It will not influence your old volume. Since Windows 7 supports it should be compatible with Windows 10 map to your NAS.

It will work. I suggest you backup into RAID5 or RAID6.
