As @PeterUK said, 2FA requests two devices to authenticate, it's how it works. To finish 2FA in a single device, it's convenient for the user of course, but it also has certain safety risks.

Compared to USGFLEX series, the USGFLEX H series comes with several gigabit ports, and a new operating system(uOS) that includes UTM, and VPN features. The license key you bought may not include Network Premium Service. Please contact your reseller for a refund, and purchase the UTM license with another key. The reseller will instruct the further operation.

May I know What the monitor log shows when the Windows ZyWall IPSec VPN client fails to build the connection? it may give us a clue. And how did you configure the VPN client? Could you try "get from server" to get the VPN client configure and try again? Please refer to this article about the "get from server" feature.

@sky320 Currently, H series only supports monitor mode, Nebula mode is not supported. Cloud Monitoring Mode supports firmware upgrade operations, remote configurator, and device configuration backup/restoration, but does not support changing the configuration. For more details, please refer to the article below.
