@oskarsu89, NBG6515 hasn't any recovery tool/way. If after reset NBG6515 and still cannot access it, you need to contact with ZYXEL support team of your local for assistance.

@s_rosenthaler, To avoid some people with bad intention uses special symbols to make these inputs as command to control the device, Multy App cannot accept special symbols ("'`<>^$& and emoji). Thank you for your understanding.
