thx for the reply 1- the devices model are uag 2100 and uag 4100 with the latest firmware version available on the zyxel website 2- I start experiencing this issue in october -november 2020, I don't remember exactly 3- i think so, i followed the official guide of zyxel support 4- yes, the paypal payment is successful
