That's the problem. How to access and updated to this latest firmware - can't do it via web. The only way to do it via firezilla, maybe Zyxel will know or have to send the router to them to…1 -

Firmware version was upgraded. Factory resetted. Reboot router. Went to 192.168.1.1 and username is admin and password was the same as the label on the router but keep ended up saying setting not suc…1
