Just to give you a little update: Zyxel dev team checked my device yesterday for 50 mins with local console connection and then they confirmed the bug. They are working on new firmware release with bugfix.

@PeterUK I configured the serial connection from my laptop and the USG flexH without issue while having the gui errors : I used one console cable that i found in an ATP box and one generic adapter serial-to-usb, then I used putty with this configuration, selecting the right COM port

Hello Judy, Interface configuration Policy route With this configuration, if I enable the connectivity check on the routing policy, it always fail I tried adding another policy for zywall routing with .129 but the ConnCheck always fail too Thank you
