Hi Judy, yes, both ends are using the same transceiver Cisco 10-2415-03. Link is now properly synced @10G Speed. So I need to set the speed in Nebula Cloud on these ports manually to 10G/Full duplex, correct? Thanks a lot for your support, I'm very glad you resolved the issue.
