Checked with a friend who has the same NR5103E. His firmware version is V1.00(ACDJ.0)b8_D0. So that one should work as well.

I have spent hours looking for this firmware without success. Right now I'm pretty sure I will ever spend any money on neither Zyxel nor Three again. Ever. If I get my hands on the firmware file I promise to share it with you.
