Just found out there is a "Re-Generate Certificate" option in switch's web interface. Configuration > Management > HTTP/HTTPS > HTTPS Perhaps it may help.

I also bought a GS1900-24 last year but had no such issue. I wonder what version of Firefox / Chrome you are using?

What brand/model of transceiver are you using?

How about change the egress tagging to always tag for the trunk ports? in my opinion there's no need to use untagged traffic between switches. Btw, you can examine the MAC table on switches to check the VLAN of MAC entries.

I just tested with my GS1900-8HP(2.50 fw). After entering the static entry AC:BC:32:B6:E7:B9, everything looks fine with no such hang problem. Kind of wonder how you determined the switch was freeze? no traffic on every port? Were you accessing the switch via the AC:BC:32:B6:E7:B9 device?

GS1920 series is merely a L2 switch which cannot do route between VLANs I think...

Just tested with 220m CAT5e cable and my ipcam is now working like a charm. It does seem to have something to do with the cable quality, I'm guessing it can work in 250m if the cable is CAT6 or 7?
-
@Zyxel_Derrick Thanks for the reply, I'll try shorter CAT5e cable and keep you posted.

Hey @Zyxel_Derrick My camera is Samsung Hanwha WiseNet QNO-7080R, and the cable is common CAT5e. Should I change to CAT6 one? It's kind of expensive to me.

Can you ping the switch? is your PC's IP address in the same subnet as the GS2210's management IP? On the other hand, maybe there is sort of remote management on the switch restricting the available access IP range.

@Username_is_reserved Not quite get you idea, why don't you just fix VLAN for the port if you always desire it as Guest VLAN? btw, Host-mode can be adjusted in my GS2210.

Hi, It seems to require javascript, have you checked it?

Try 1 . Disable Windows/system firewall and anti-virus. 2 . Clean browser's cache/cookie, or use incognito mode. 3 . Different browser.

So do you want to use USG as RADIUS server to authenticate hosts on the switch via 802.1x (port-auth) but it didn't work? Have you checked the associated service setting (such as windows service "WiredAutoConfig") on your host? I mean the one that FAQ article has mentioned.
