The correct IP is supposed to be 192.168.1.3 as default.

For you question 1, I think there must be at lease one internal volume to use APP center.

I just configured my NAS540's LAN1,2 as static IPs, and both interfaces are accessible on web-gui and cifs. Could you access the web-gui on both your LAN 1 & 2?

Have you tried rebooting both devices (NAS and router)?

Have you checked the FTP setting on your NAS326?

Have you tried other web browsers?

You may try uninstall and re-install the zyxelCloud APP in your NAS.
