NAS has bind its 2 ethernet ports as used one MAC address, so I think you may be able to disable link aggregation on your router, and you can try it.

I find a news from dropbox to deparecate the old API since 2017/7/28 as below: https://blogs.dropbox.com/developers/2017/06/updated-api-v1-deprecation-timeline/ And the latest firmware was since 2017/7/21. ftp://ftp2.zyxel.com/NSA325_v2/firmware/481AALS1C0.pdf So I think this might be the cause for why you always get…

Hi, Did you really reset the device? After reset the all configuration will be removed and no longer exist, even dropbox, so I guess you may not reset it correctly. Try to press reset button till 2 beeps, and hold it 5 seconds then release it, and it would keep beeps and run reset process. After reboot, the dropbox account…

Hi, Did you configure your link aggregation as port trunk in NAS itself? If no, then you can refer the user manual on charpter 8.4.2, ftp://ftp2.zyxel.com/NAS326/user_guide/NAS326_V5.21%20ed2.pdf And after configured, you will see the below screen: After bind, it would have only 1 MAC address, and you don't need to…

Hi, What do you mean of you can't see recycle bin with other folder? Do you enable the recycle bin with those folder? For external access, not sure what the way you used for external accessing, but if you use myzxyelcloud, then you can modify the UPnP setting as below, then you can be able able to access with the port what…

Hi @meathane Have you tried CIFS or FTP? I think this two ways are still workable and you can modify/delete the file.

Hi @peter314 The original question you mentioned is port 3~8 received port 1/2's packet, do you want block/exclude port 3~8 to connect to port 1 and 2? The problem showed up when devices directly connected to the GS1200-8 got IPv6 addresses from both VLANs. I can't see this effect on devices connected to the GS1200-5HPv1…

WOW, this is really the thing need to take care.I just know that expansion should use bigger size than original HDD in NAS for RAID, but not know basic is also. Thanks for your information.
-
Hi, That is weird, you create RAID 1 with 1x2TB and 1x3TB, it should be able to expand the capacity with minimum size storage. But if your disk group is already use 2x3TB, then it is no possible to do what you want.

How do you copy your file from external HDD to NAS? Plug into USB port and use file browser to drag and drop to copy files? Or you use mv command through telnet? Maybe you use copy/sync button function with "Sync" to copy data, it might be fast than do again full copy. You can refer the user manual on page 289.…

You have A, B and C disk, then A and B already in NSA320 with RAID 1, then you pull out B, and inserted C to the NSA320, then rebuild done and works fine, but now you want to put the B back to NSA320 to swap C, am I right? Since C disk already been rebuild to NSA320's RAID and the record A and C is RAID 1 group in NSA320,…

No, you can't. NAS540 and NSA320 were used different file system, you can mount NSA320 drive to Linux and copy out the data, then restore back to NAS540.

Hi, What is the status of setting page for NAS UPnP feature when you found the UPnP port disable on web portal? Is it possible caused by router's UPnP function to auto disable port?
-
I had the same problem last Friday and got failure to access NAS, but now it seems the APP is functional, so I think you may possible to see all your data over Internet.
-
@semimatt With APP, it will generate a sharelink and can send to peopole, but receiver has to also use the APP and this is not what you need, so maybe you can considerate @mdbarber's suggestion with dropbox sync to share link with files or folder to people.
