@cyruss612 Do you mean the web console cannot be opened? Can you use the Incognito window then check it again. Also, you can use console cable connect with USG310 and type the CLI on tera term or Putty application.

@PeterUK It's normal behavior that if there is none of traffic on PPTP tunnel, the tunnel will be disconnected in the seconds which you set on the Keep timer filed. Otherwise, the tunnel can be alive for mins because after tunnel established, server and client will send negotiate packet in the tunnel in the beginning.…

@PeterUK After PPTP VPN established, if doing nothing and idle for some time past the VPN connection disconnects even you have done the reboot action. It's normal behavior since the unit of keep alive timer is Seconds. Charlie

@LeviPonti If the content Filter enabled, every packet will be scanned by UTM function may consume the resource and affect the throughput result. You can try to disable the Content Filter to see if the performance become better.

@kyssling From my test lab with 4.39wk38, after the wan connection failover to Wan2, the traffic statistic of wan2 appears information. On your site, the outgoing traffic may flow on Wan1 currently, therefore, you try to unplug cable on Wan1 interface, and see if the information appear traffic statistic of wan2. Charlie
