  • Hi @Maestri Do you mean all anonymous users can access to the site by MAC-based(Open) Nebula cloud authentication? Please help to enable the Zyxel Support on the Nebula cloud center. And your Org and Site information. So we can collect the relevant logs, after enabling Zyxel Support, please arrange a time during January…
  • Hi @USG_User I have sent the mail to you , did you see that? If yes, could you provide me the remote access information like using teamviewer or anydesk and so on , then I can access to you AP by SSH method to collect some logs by CLI commands.
  • Hi @USG_User As @RichardHan mentioned that you can collect AP's diagnostic log on the USG's GUI, so we can check the more details to clarify if AP reboot by itself or other factors and so on. I'll mail to you , then you can send it to me by email. Thanks!
  • Hi @SpaceCowboy Could you provide me the configuration /diagnostic log of WAC5302D-S? Or do you have any remote access like Teamviewer or anydesk could be checked your settings and so on? I'll PM/ mail to you to get these information. Thanks!
  • Hi @siddx NWA5121-N legacy AP is a EoL product, so it stays on 5.10.
  • Hi @siddx As you know 802.11k/v/r are for fast roaming. NWA5121-N AP stays with 5.10 firmware version which doesn't support 802.11k/v features. Although it doesn't support that, but it support Pre-authentication and PMK-Cache by default, with both features, it is equal to fast roaming. Thanks!
  • Hi @GDP As you know the different materials cause different path loss with the general RF limitation as below screenshot. However, WAC6503D-S supports 3x3 smart antenna which is suitable for high density scenario / applications. No matter what AP, please make sure your AP is located on the line-of-sight (LoS) view places…
  • Hi @jmullaney Depending on your scenario seems deploying one AP should be suitable for your application, but you can also consider AP's load balancing as backup to buy additional APs. Except your environment is not easy to deploy wired cable and less throughput considerations are suitable for using Wifi repeaters. Thanks!
  • Hi @jmullaney We will update our user manual to inform customers that: Zyxel AP design goes with dual images to ensure if something went wrong during firmware upgrade, there is still another firmware that can be applied for booting up. However, if there is a planned facility maintenance, the best practice is always to…
  • Hi @jmullaney The outdoor coverage of WAC6503D-S is about 100 meters and indoor coverage is around 20 meters for high density application, in fact it depends on your environment, please make sure your AP is located on the line-of-sight (LoS) view places and it's better where there is no obstacles between AP and your…
  • Hi @jmullaney Thanks for your suggestion, we'll discuss this matter.
  • Hi @kevin1000 As @livealive and @IKLe mentioned that we support ZAC(Zyxel AP Configurator) and ZON (Zyxel ONE network) can be configured or use AP's IP address to access its GUI directly. And you said that you probably use the portal, does it mean the captive portal redirect page ? If so , captive portal is only supported…
  • Hi @jmullaney, The paragraph from the user manual is a suggested description, actually you listed those APs which are supported Dual image as described below to avoid firmware corrupt situation. 1. Dual Image means that there are two images (firmware) in the flash. 2. The purpose of the Dual Image design is to ensure that…
  • Hi @Talkabout Please check if the Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) supports 802.11k/v on the NWA1123-AC-HD's GUI as below screenshot. If possible , could you collect the diagnostic log of AP for analyzing the disconnection problem? Thanks!
  • Hi @AleITSC, I see that there is an offline WAC6103D-I and its IP address is 192.168.50.12, Can you ping it and SSH to it successfully? Do all APs connect to same PoE switch or different? I'll will PM/Email to you. Thanks!
