Hi! I have ATP200 in cloud monitoring mode, internet speed is more 100mbs, but in Nebula connectivity with firewall is very intermittent.

Cloud monitoring shows my current firmware version is V5.40 (ABFW.0).

On the device itself, it says the running firmware is V5.42 (ABFW.1).

In the security policies, databases are updated with a professional pack subscription and work well, except for Anti-Malware. When I try to configure it, it freezes.

I followed the configuration instructions. What should I pay attention to?
