  • Hi I've got the very same issue. For a given cable the link up in auto-negotiation works fine for chosen ports 1-8 and 12 (loop detection works), but it doesn't for ports 9-11.I tried to start a RMA but this doesn't work, I am always reconnected to "myZyxel", where I do not find any option to start an RMA.
