Hi Drf, Firmware 5.30(ABFX.3)C0 is for xDSL Annex A version, your current firmware ABIV.2 is used in Annex B. We cannot upgrade firmware between them. You may need to connect to your internet service provider for firmware upgrade request.

Hi tudno, What’s your firmware version? Could you sure the LED flicker states when you push the WiFi button? In general case, you can see the WiFi 2.4G LDE turns green after press the WiFi button for 1 second, then the wireless network is active.

Hi jdoc_18, Your devices(e.g. smartphone, pc..) will decide which wireless bandwidth should be connected by itself. We cannot control the behavior from your client devices.

Hi jdoc_18, May I know how you check your Ethernet cable name? I cannot find it on my laptop. I think “Zyxel_232B_5G” means your VMG3825 wireless 5G SSID, have you check your 5G SSID be modified or not?
