Hi Genius19, Topology: Internet----- Netgear d6400----- Zyxel VMG8823-B50B The expectation is all VMG8823-B50B packet pass through to Netgear without any process? If yes, I suggest setting VMG8823-B50B broadband to “Bridge mode” to achieve it.

Hi Haikoan, We do not have a compatibility list for USB connection, it has too many various kinds. I use my Transcend series and WD HDD with USB3.0 for connecting.

Hi joerv007, Your firmware V5.13(AAXA.7)Y0 is a customized version, the generic firmware may not be suitable for you. May I know all your USB devices have a low speed? There are all with the USB3.0 or even USB2.0 have the issue?

Hi stefano_sb, You can enable a Guest/More AP function via GUI: Network Setting -> Wireless -> Guest/More AP User connects to the Guest Wifi will not be able to login Multy Pro APP.

Hi Haikoan, I take my VMG8825-B50B and test USB throughput, the result is as expected. So it may need to be a compatibility problem between Maxtor D3 and VMG8825-B50B. Will try to find one and test it.

Hi Haikoan, May I know what’s the client you used for the 2.4g and 5g download? The smart phone or laptop? Is it a single case on your hard disk devices? Have you took the other USB and have the same issue (300Kbps)?

Hi IslandBoy, Your firmware version V3.00(ABCG.12)T0 is customized firmware from your service provider(the Post Office broadband ISP in UK). The generic firmware 3.00(ABCG.13)C0 may not be suitable for you, please connect to your service provider for firmware upgrade request.
