Cant access USB drive

I have just bought a Zyxell VMG8924-B10A and its on the latest firmware, I have a USB stick on it and enabled MEDIA SERVER and FILE SHARING, when I click on Media Server in Windows 10 Network List it opens a web page saying -

"This 192.168.1.1 page can’t be found

No webpage was found for the web address: http://192.168.1.1:2468/webs/html_root/index.html"

can anyone help?

I am able to access the admin page only when connected directly to the router with an ethernet connection.

Are you connected through ethernet?

I got this working, you have to enter the URL into the address bar of File Explorer in windows, in the NETWORK folder it will show you the router, simply type the share into the address bar and you get access

Your firmware version is 1.00(AAKL.28)C0, right?
