Zon download link never arrives
Hi new here with first Zyxel product and finding the experience extremely poor. I'm trying to configure a simple GS1900-24E - I've tried downloading the Zon utility with 2 different email addresses but the link never arrives. I've checked spam folders and nothing there either. What am I missing ?

Slow speeds on ports
I am currently using two GS1900-24EP switches and they both seem to give some strange effects. On several ports the speed seems to be limited to around 100M while others remain at 1000M. I have not been able to find any setting which could explain this issue. Help is very appreciated. Kind regards, Arjan
