Forgot password for Zyxel Switches xgs-4528f

Freshman MemberHello, I have forgotten the terminal login password and web login password for the Zyxel Switches xgs-4528f. What should I do to reset the password without losing the original configuration? If possible, could you provide a configuration document for this hardware? I can't find it
