SWITCH GS-108B V5 After a few hours of work, the connected devices lose connection

After a few hours of work, the connected devices lose connection. They are a voip phone, a PC a printer, and another generic switch, star center.

The problem is not the other switch because all the connected devices work very well.

I turn it off and on again and it works again until about the next day!

My doubt is that the GS-108B V5 is too poor or is it defective?

Do you have ideas or suggestions?

Hi @Neodixi,

I suggest you can isolate the network, and you can deploy two Pcs under the same network.

Then conduct a continus ping test to see the result.
