I had no folder \\<NAS>\admin\zy-pkgs\. I solved it this way - Backup all data - Factory reset - Delete all volume. - Config all like a new device. Thank to all

Yes, i can manually download ftp://ftp2.zyxel.com/NAS326/zypkg/5.21/ZYPKG_INFO.tgz from the same LAN. Nas326 have static IP and internet on nas is ok , for example :
