Hi Mihawk, thanks again for your help. I downloaded Tftpd32 but it's way over my head - I have no idea what it is or how how to use it. I think this extender is dead. I'm going to throw it in the garbage and tell everyone to avoid ZyXel's awful products. Thanks again, but this is hopeless.
