Hi Melen, thanks for your reply. Version is V1.18(ACKO.1)C0 Configuration is as it came except: a) Firewall is set to medium strength b) Changed SSID name and password c) changed APN names and bands per ISP (see attached) Signal strength is max Issue not happened again since I posted so can't try the ping test
