case closed, seller had put his own soft , what had diffrent ip and psw than the sticker

Hi, I have same problem. I did factory reset and could not log in with admin and password which is printed on the sticker. Tried also power of, no luck. SN: S220Z41000659 FW: 100ABUV8C0 Modem code: RG502QEAAAR11A06M4G-R11A07 This is not ISP owned NR7101 like the support SN check said :)
