Thank you for that - the issue is the ISP doesn't know what to do - the reset is a reboot on the modem - it has to restart both links and then connect back to the internet - 5-10 minute process every time. It shows a bandwith spike (download) of up to 60 Mbs but 30 mps is all the isp is supposed to provide. No ideal how an…
