Problem resolved. Modem returned to Amazon. Tried to use Zyxel Support who informed me they could not help as the modem was supplied to me by a ISP . It was not ! It was supplied by Amazon UK and the shop was Zyxel Networks UK (Zyxel Communications Corp). You could not make it up, Zyxel cannot even support their own…
