  • @stoph3d What we did back then was creating a separate 5 GHz SSID which had k/v/r disabled. We then used this SSID only for this specific device. This at least enabled us to let all the other devices roam and get the erroring device to work as it should. I sadly can't tell anything about updates to APs or Nebula, and as…
  • Yes, I will do so!
  • Hey @Zyxel_Melen, it appears one of my sights was in "Cloud saving mode". After disabling this, the app worked just fine. And for the "Start button"; I just started up the app, swiped through the intro slides and pushed the big green "start" button. After a few seconds, the error popped up. I had this over the course of…
  • I'm pretty happy about the Smart Mesh changes. It was a little too sensitive in my network. Keep going, folks!
  • Hello again, after a lot of chatting with @Nebula_Dean who provided absolutely outstanding support (this man deserves a raise!) we came to following conclusions: 1. The state machine of the Galaxy S6 Edge's NIC (@Nebula_Dean got one himself just for double checking) is kinda bugged and doesn't provide acceptable fallbacks…
  • Hello again, thank you for your (impressingly fast) answere. I feel a little stupid for asking, but what exactly should I copy-paste into the excel sheet? Do you only need the MAC to get direct access to my logs or do I need to take some further steps? Or should I mark everything on the "Event log" page surrounding the…
  • Hello Dean, The strange thing here is that the client is only disconnected while being fully active. While idling (over night for example) it stays connected. I'd love to, but I only have the free version of Nebula to be honest. The button for exporting logfiles is grayed out for me. If it helps; the S6 Edge is showing…
  • Sadly I already checked this for my situation. Turning off k/v/r (sometimes) results in a short disconnect while roaming around. The issue still persists, even with all 3 turned off.
  • Hey there, I'm testing this with "YouTube" and "Netflix". I just look up the logs from the time the clients get disconnected and it's always the same reason code (2). I sadly can't recommend any devices for testing for this issue. I only have a notebook available for testing, but the issue never happens there.
  • Hello FMAIchmst, I did as you said and checked the logs and looked up if the client had traffic in that specified time. A strange thing here is that the client's is not loosing connection while it is idle. In fact, idling 10 hours (over night for example) doesn't break the connection even once. The connection only breaks…
  • Carlos4311 said: Hey there, thanks for your answer. The client is (almost always) streaming HD Videos which makes it the most active client in my whole Network (Around 3 GB downstream per day), so I guess idle isn't an option here. I can't find a matching option in Nebula for configuring timeouts or other security reasons…
  • Hey there, I'm happy you found a solution, but it might be better to close this question or mark it as solved as it still appears on the "Unanswered" page. Best wishes, Niklas
  • I also have a question about the smart mesh feature. I have two wired NWA1123-ACv2 Access Points. Do the APs build a wired mesh network or are they exchanging information over 5GHz Bands? I'm just asking because the clients in my network are roaming a lot and I thought the handover works more fluently when enabling mesh.…
  • Sorry, the error was on my site! Cleaning my FULL browserdata and cache did the trick.
  • Hello again. The problem only appears on chrome. All my other browsers seem to work fine.
