Hi. I have the exact! same issue. Also tried upgrading the USG60 to latest FW v4.32(AAKZ.0) with no luck...

Hi. No luck with software upgrade. I have now upgraded to v4.32(AAKZ.0) and rebooted. Still the same issue. Strange...all policy's seems OK as well.
