@Zyxel_Jeff We tried all the steps you told us and we did restarted our Zyxel USG Flex 200 and my computer. We still have problem.

Hi @Zyxel_Jeff We did check Content Filter profile. It says blocked by Streaming Media and Media Sharing categories, which we unchecked in both Web and DNS Content Filter. Also, we added Vimeo.com in both side trusted web sites and allow list and it is still not working. please see attached pictures for more details.

Hi @leasba What was the solution? We are having same problem with Youtube, Vimeo and all other streaming media platforms.
