i was able to call Zyxel support and they fixed it with this NAT… it was loopback, but PeterUK was correct the external was set to any… see image..this solved everything.

Maybe clarity is needed: when i type my server FQDN url into my browser….it should show the web page on my server, but instaed it shows the login page of the USG20-vpn

The answer was to reset it, but there were no backup profiles. Just the new update that changed it's entire gui from the old USG20-vpn to the new flex 50 gui.
