I don't have physical access to device so i will go hard way resetting and setuping routing again and after that upgrade firmware and setup settings from backup file. Anyway thanks for help

Version was 5.32 but how can i update without access to firewall? Can you confirm is there any tips get access firewall or need i reset it and configure from zero?
